  Securely pack the batteries in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the battery's voltage and physical condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
